These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of The United Kingdom.

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Competition Prize timing and possible deferral

The competition will proceed as described in these terms and conditions, and all valid entries will remain eligible.

The prize is intended to be provided during the [2026/27] ski season. If the prize cannot reasonably be provided during that season because of circumstances outside our reasonable control, including resort, travel, accommodation, supplier, safety, legal or regulatory issues, we reserve the right to defer fulfilment of the prize until the following ski season.

If the prize is deferred:

• The competition will not be cancelled.
• All valid entries will remain valid.
• The winner will be selected using the method set out in these terms and conditions.
• The winner will be notified as soon as reasonably practicable.
• We will contact the winner to agree alternative dates during the following ski season, subject to reasonable availability.
• The deferred prize will remain of substantially the same nature and value as the prize originally advertised.

We will notify entrants of any deferral and publish the updated arrangements on https://www.thegoddessphere.co.uk/win-a-trip

Any change will be made only where reasonably necessary, and we will not make a change that materially disadvantages entrants or materially reduces the nature or value of the prize.

If fewer than 100 eligible entries are received by the closing date, the competition will still proceed, but fulfilment of the prize may be deferred until the following ski season. All eligible entries received by the closing date will remain valid, and the winner will be selected in accordance with these terms and conditions
